Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Not So Fast Buster for your shirt purchase. We strive to offer high-quality products and exceptional customer service. However, please be informed of our no return policy for shirts.

Once a shirt is purchased, it cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit, except in cases where the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. We inspect all shirts thoroughly before they are shipped to ensure they meet our quality standards. If you receive a defective or damaged shirt, please contact our customer service team within 10 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.

To be eligible for a return, the shirt must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it, with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria or if the return request is made outside of the specified timeframe.

Please note that personalized or customized shirts cannot be returned unless there is a defect in the product or an error in the customization process caused by us.

To initiate a return for a defective or damaged shirt, please contact our customer service team at returns@notsofastbuster.com. Once your return is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to proceed.
